Living Life to the Full! This course consists of 2 sessions both 1 hour long

Living Life to the Full! This course consists of 2 sessions (both 1 hour long) exploring what makes life meaningful. Considering how we are choosing to spend our time and the impact this can have on our health and well-being.

Alongside reflection about how we use our time, the session will explore tools and skills to enable individuals to set goals and make meaningful changes that support them to live their lives to the fullest.
